Our client, a global, ndustry leading biotech firm headquartered in Cambridge, is conducting a search for an experienced Principal Talent Acqusition Partner to join their in-house executive search team. This individual will closely work with our Executive Committee members and their leadership teams to support their executive-level recruiting needs as well as proactive succession planning needs for critical executive roles. This role is responsible for creating talent strategies, driving the full end-to-end executive recruitment process including client management, search strategy development, candidate assessment, offer negotiation and executive onboarding facilitation.

 

Responsibiltiies: 

• Lead and be accountable for end-to-end executive search recruitment providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics and market intelligence to hiring managers.
• Build trust with both active and passive talent as a tenacious hunter of talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.
• Support and manage 8-10 executive recruiting/succession planning projects (full cycle) on average
•Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.
• Manage a thoughtful candidate engagement experience, treating every candidate with respect and care
•Ensure the presentation of high quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.
•Manage and conduct thorough reference and background checks on final candidates.
•Construct and negotiate complex executive offer packages and facilitate executive onboarding experience to set the new hires up for success.

 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience in the biotech/pharma industry
  • Proven experience working with Executive leaders on searches, and success recruiting top talent for VP and above level searches
