Are you an experienced copywriter with proven decisions making and leadership skills?
Our award winning client in Cirencester seeks an Associate Creative Director (Copy based) to not only act as a mentor for the creative employees working underneath them, but also to work seamlessly across departments driving the collaborative efforts in order to exceed expectations and deliver stunning work. With 2+ years experience in a similar role within a top creative agency, as well as having strong writing skills, you will be comfortable contributing to the development of Digital, CRM, DM and marketing strategies which will have given you a solid understanding of the marketing industry at large.
Your responsibilities:
-Oversee work for clients through the whole project life cycle with a focus on creative detail and making sure value has been added at every stage
-Lead, coach, inspire and motivate the agency to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impacting work
-Oversee all copy output, develop a brands TOV, run workshops and mentor the copywriting team
-Responsible for sign off through the project cycle on your clients work and be the go to person for the agency for those clients
-Proactively brainstorm on accounts, helping to develop creative/designers etc
-Help to manage the career progression of members of the team and assist the Creative Director by helping to fine-tuning process, identifying gaps in the department, interviewing and recruiting new team members and helping to create a positive environment
-Ability to contribute to the creative and strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team.
