Our award-winning client is on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager to join their small (but perfectly formed) team.
Our client seeks someone who can confidently enter the fast paced Agency environment and hit the ground running. This role would therefore be well suited to an individual with 18 months- 3 years’ experience in a PR, marketing or communications role. Ideally, this experience would have been gained within an agency.
As well as reporting to and supporting the Account Manager and Account Director in all activities, you will be responsible for identifying new ways to generate income from existing accounts whilst pitching in to identify, research and win new clients.
An understanding of local media is essential as you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing press contacts on behalf of clients. Additionally, a solid understanding of both print, online media and social media platforms is fundamental to the success of this role.
You must demonstrate strong PR skills in order to ensure that the Agency’s service is being delivered above and beyond the client’s expectations, whilst contributing to the successful and profitable business. What would be extremely attractive to our client, would be excellent project management skills, able to prioritise workload and multi task whilst maintaining high standards.
