P/T Digital Account Exec (BBBH885) Cheltenham, England
A unique opportunity has presented with a well-known digital agency to provide support to two directors during school hours. The role would suit someone with a passion for and experience in digital marketing.
Duties include:
Initial point of contact and account coordination for new and existing customers
Helping directors with their day to day admin tasks
Work with customer support ticketing system
Understanding of and ability to use Facebook / Twitter / Linkedin / G+ for commercial advancement
eMail marketing experience
Copywriting - B2B
Ad hoc project work in analysis and research
You will need:
A high level of computer literacy
To be IT proficient with the tenacity and ability to quickly get to grips with new packages
Good understanding of the web, cloud and mobile tech
Great attention to detail
To work unsupervised & under own initiative
Excellent timekeeping, diligence and capability to work under your own initiative
To be a problem solver.
To be confident in a commercial setting, not afraid to speak to people at all levels and is a natural problem solver.
To be seeking a challenging role with excellent potential to be progressed as the company gains scale into a key strategic marketing and coordination function
It would be great if you already had:
An understanding of HTML
Experience using DotNetNuke (DNN) Content Management System
Experience using CorelDRAW
Familiarity with Infusionsoft
An Interest in sport – especially team sports or coaching
