A brilliant opportunity for a marketing professional or recent marketing graduate with excellent rapport building skills, looking to start a career within a buzzing, fast paced agency environment.
Joining the team in Cirencester, you will quickly establish yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust & confidence in the client. As well as being methodical in approach with a sharp eye for detail, you will have a good understanding of how your own decisions can impact upon the overall performance of the agency. Happy to participate and contribute confidently as a member of the team, you will be friendly and supportive towards other team members.
Responsibilities:
• Managing live projects through the Agency ensuring correct processes and procedures are adhered to
• Working closely with the Creative Department to produce great creative work by discussing issues and briefing back Client comments
• Development of weekly Status Reports, ensuring that these are despatched in a timely fashion to clients
• Participating in meetings and status calls, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects in which he/she is involved – and Contact Reporting all such meetings (with input from AM/SAM)
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and recording notes and actions from meetings carefully
• Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping a budget tracker and finance elements up to date
• Listening and learning at every opportunity
