Temporary Part-Time Administrator CoordinatorLocation: Boston, Massachusetts
Our client is a dynamic biotechnology company in the Seaport District seeking a Part Time Administrative Coordinator. In this role, he/she will be managing front desk reception, monitoring the general inbox and voicemail, managing food orders, overseeing the supply closet, assisting with calendar support, managing expenses and invoices, assisting with social events, managing the new hire on-boarding process, and supporting ad hoc projects. Core hours comprise a Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:30pm schedule, and pays up to 17/hour depending on candidate experience. This is a long term 6 months opportunity with room to extend. The ideal candidate would possess an Associate’s degree, at least 1-2 years of previous administrative experience. He/she would be a self-starter, with strong attention detail, a customer-driven focus, and a passion for biotech. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply.
