Army Research Lab, Adelphi Laboratory Center in Maryland, is the nation’s premier laboratory for land forces. They discover, innovate, and transition science and technology to ensure dominant strategic land power. Our client conducts innovative research to provide the Army with affordable enabling technology in advanced electro-optical technologies. Their projects are focused on the need to conduct basic research, applied research, and analyses as related to sensors and electron devices. It is necessary to obtain a wide variety of technical data on both new concepts and improvements to existing systems. They are currently looking for a full-time Management Analyst to aid in this mission.
Requirements:
Effective analytical skills through strategies development and implementation
Ability to use independent initiative, good judgement, and decision-making skills when setting priorities
Broad knowledge of fiscal law and appropriations types
Working knowledge of business systems such as GFEBS, ATAAPS, DTS sufficient to conduct analysis of budget execution activities
Mid-Level: In business related field with AA/BS and/or 8-10 years of specialized experience in management analyst role or a comparable job description
