Job Details for a Legal Assistant in Insurance Defense and Litigation:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday daylight, 1 hour lunch
  • Pay Rate: TBD based on experience 
  • Direct Hire
    • Paid time off, medical, dental, life and disability insurance coverage's and 401(k) plan

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Legal Assistant in Insurance Defense and Litigation:

  • Administrative support for Insurance defense and litigation cases.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and word processing software.
  • Utilize case management software.

Job Requirements for a Legal Assistant in Insurance Defense and Litigation:

  • Associate's degree in paralegal studies or certificate in paralegal studies is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of insurance defense and litigation experience.
  • Case management software experience is a plus.
