The Role

This is the first Solutions Consultant opening for the UK and EMEA where you would be tasked on providing technical and operational support to customers, to get the best use out of product offerings and provide subject matter expertise.

You will work alongside a highly successful sales team in order to identify and qualify new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, developing strategies and resolving any technical escalations.

This is a perfect opportunity for a specialist in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) solutions who is looking to step away from a revenue-led role and instead wants to step into a more strategic and consultative role, with the opportunity to grow out a team in a brand new business unit in the future.

  • To communicate effectively within a project based and pitch based environment.
  • To act as a consultant to both the client and senior sales exec team.
  • Be able to work urgently and prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
  • Become an advocate for the product, promoting the uses to and benefits of using the company’s solution, in relation to their marketing.
  • Demonstrate initiative; you must exhibit a strong work ethic, lead by example, and bring new ideas to the table.

The Candidate

The successful Solutions Consultant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Understanding of Cost-per-Lead (CPL) or Cost-per-Media (CPM) sales models. Anything Pay-per-Performance related.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and demos to commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Preferably with a strong background in use of web application technologies.
  • Preferably experienced with SQL & relational databases (queries, basic data extraction and processing, etc.).
  • Experience in the ABM market, and understanding of existing platforms in that space.
