HOURS: 8:00am – 6:00pm
SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000 *Depending on experience
LOCATION: Heart of the city!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- First point of contact at front desk
- Managing and organisng the meeting rooms, organisation and bookings
- Ordering and preparation of catering items for lunches and drinks
- Printing and binding of documentation
- Assisting the PA with overflow of duties
- Will to provide support and undertake duties within other departments of company
- Organising permits for the office building
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, filing
- Complete diary management of meeting rooms
- Ad hoc administration duties
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Must be available immediately
- Must be someone seeking a long term career as a receptionist
- Strong education levels and degree desired
- Keen interest in a career as a receptionist and to remain long term in role
- Highly efficient, organised, good time management, personable and approachable
- Some experience in a corporate environment or similar role is desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to use Outlook/Calendars
- Bright, intelligent and personable
- Exceptional communication skills verbally and written
- Well presented and mannered at all times
- Takes pride in their work and want to take on responsibility and ownership for job role
- Confidence and ability to deal with clients and visitors of all levels
