Salary:  GBP25000 - GBP30000 per annum

HR Generalist (Part-Time)

SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000*Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: 

 

  • First point of contact for all HR-related queries for the London office
  • Provide support to the company and business across all HR functions
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all HR elements
  • Administration for new employees - Inductions, change request, performance management, references, assisting with training sessions and interviews
  • Management reporting and assisting with monthly payroll and benefits
  • Processing of all relevant HR invoices
  • Ensure that all local HR files, folders and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information
  • To establish and maintain HR record keeping and provide periodic data reports as required.
  • Responsible for HR systems automation and project delivery
  • Promotion of employee welfare, equality and health and safety within the workplace.
  • Comply with all compliance policies, procedures, laws and regulations
  • Working in line with company values, motivations and ambitious to work well amongst the team

  

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: 

 

  • Solid extensive HR Generalist experience at a senior level
  • 4+ years background / 360 experience within HR
  • Be focused on ambition and desire to grow within the role and the company
  • Strong understanding of policies and procedures
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new programs
  • Beneficial but not necessary to have experience with HR Program -Namely
  • Excellent team player, personable, friendly
  • Be prepared to get stuff done, handle work load and be efficient
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate, adaptable and flexible
