Job title: Project Manager.

Type of service: Contract.

Project: Roll-out of replacement of cloud printing solution in all centres in 3 countries.

We are looking for a Project Manager to finish the last part of the project in a company from the business real estate industry. The project is already done by 40 per cent. This person will be responsible for typical PM tasks to finish the project. This person will work closely with the internal network team as well as with the suppliers' teams. In addition, this person will have joined responsibilities for the change management process.

Tasks: 

• Coordinating the network team.
• Interacting with the vendor team
• Understand the strategic objectives of the product program and translate them into project objectives, scope and plans.
• Implement project governance, risk controls and financial management processes.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, providing input and direction to teams.
• Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring full visibility of status & progress through the respective product owners.
• Demonstrate use of and suggest improvements to the current governance process while reinforcing its usage across the department.
• Manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the project operates within the approved budget and timeline.
• Provide regular status input into the monthly & quarterly board reports.

Requirements: 

• 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience coordinating multi-cultural teams.
• Agile methodologies.

Location: Remote.

Budget: according to the experience.
